Dielectric Materials Laboratory

Dielectrics are the attractive class of materials which find enormous applications in our daily life. Starting from the electric circuit breaker to more advanced technological applications such as random access memories, sensors, & other devices.  Research in Dielectric Lab at SNU is focused towards developing new materials for fabricating industrial capacitive, sensing, electronics and memory applications.

• LCR meter for impedance analysis (N. F Corp., Japan).
• P-E hysteresis loop tracer for electrical analysis (Marine, India).
• Ball Mill for making nanomaterials (Retsch, Germany).
• Hydraulic Press for making pellet (Monotech Engg., India).
