The emerging new device concepts and dimensionalities have triggered scientific research on new functional oxide materials with a novel set of magnetic, optical, electrical, structural & other physical & chemical properties. Our research at SNU is focused on the synthesis of oxide materials with unconventional electronic properties in thin films and nanostructures.
